Due to the nature of coronavirus and its impact our preferred method of communication is by email or through our range of online services, which will all be operating in a business as usual manner:
Sign in to your TargetPlan DashboardIn the first instance we recommend signing in to your TargetPlan Dashboard. This allows you to access your account in order to view up-to-date information and balances, as well as submit a number of transactions such as a switch of funds or even a cash lump sum request if you are of pension age (normally 55).
If you've never used your online account, you'll need to activate it first before signing in. You can do this by selecting the blue 'Activate' button on the sign-in page then follow the step-by-step instructions.

Submit a complaint
Our process for dealing with a complaint is written in line with the regulation laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority. We take all complaints seriously and we do our best to make sure that you're kept up to date with the progress of any complaint.
