Sign in to your TargetPlan Dashboard
In the first instance we recommend signing in to your TargetPlan Dashboard. This allows you to access your account in order to view up-to-date information and balances, as well as submit a number of transactions such as switch funds or a cash lump sum request if you're of pension age (normally 55, increasing to 57 from 6 April 2028).

If you need to activate your TargetPlan account, you can do this by selecting the blue 'Activate' button on the sign-in page then follow the step-by-step instructions.

Our email system and the way we deal with data internally is secure. However, we're unable to ensure the security of emails before they reach us, so please consider this and do not include any personally sensitive, financial or banking information that has not been appropriately secured. Submit a complaint

If you feel you need to make a complaint, please get in touch using the contact details above.

Our process for dealing with a complaint is written in line with the regulation laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority. We take all complaints seriously and we do our best to make sure that you're kept up to date with the progress of any complaint.
